ISSUES <br />'LANATION: Continued <br />POTENTIALLY <br />SIGNIFICANT <br />ISSUES <br />POTENTIALLY <br />SIGNIFICANT <br />UNLESS <br />NIITIGATION <br />INCORPORATED <br />LESS THAN ti0 <br />SIGNIFICANT LNIPACT SOURCES <br />IMPACT <br />Prior to approval of the Final Map, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations shall be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Engineer and Alameda County Public Works Agency. Storm water runoff from the project shall be designed to be <br />collected in an underground system and conveyed to an appropriate storm drain system. This shall be indicated on the <br />Improvement Plan for the Final Map. <br />Prior to approval of the Final Map, the applicant shall provide a Bank Stabilization Report, to be prepared by a <br />registered Geotechnical Engineer, and be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The Report shall address <br />measures to stabilize bank erosion of San Leandro Creek, which forms the project site's northeast boundary. The <br />Report shall be reviewed and approved by Alameda County Flood Control and the City Engineer. All recommendations <br />contained in the Report shall become conditions of approval. In addition, the applicant shall be responsible for obtaining <br />all necessary permits from affected state/federal agencies. <br />b.
