For those projects which would, under the revised <br />Zoning Code, now require discretionary review prior to issuance of a building permit, this would create a greater demand on the <br />processing services of the Development Services Department. However, as a fee -based service, the additional projects would <br />generate additional resources for increased staffing should such staffing increases become necessary. <br />12.
