POTENTIALLY <br />ISSUES <br />POTENTIALLY <br />SIGNIFICANT <br />LESS THAN <br />NO <br />SIGNIFICANT <br />UNLESS <br />SIGNIFICANT <br />IMPACT <br />SOURCES <br />ISSUES <br />MITIGATION <br />IMPACT <br />INCORPORATED <br />EXPLANATION: Development potential would either be equal to, reduced from, and/or subject to additional discretionary review <br />when compared to existing regulations, as outlined in Attachment A -Project Description to this report. Project review pursuant to <br />evaluation of public services would remain unchanged from existing City policy. For those projects which would, under the revised <br />Zoning Code, now require discretionary review prior to issuance of a building permit, this would create a greater demand on the <br />processing services of the Development Services Department. However, as a fee -based service, the additional projects would <br />generate additional resources for increased staffing should such staffing increases become necessary. <br />12. UTILITIE.S'ANWSERVICE SYSTEMS. Would the <br />project: <br />a. Exceed wastewater treatment requirements of <br />the applicable Regional Water Quality Control <br />X <br />2 <br />Board? <br />b. Require or result in the construction of new <br />water or wastewater treatment facilities or <br />expansion of existing facilities, the construction <br />X <br />2 <br />of which could cause significant <br />environmental effects? <br />C. Require or result in the construction of new <br />storm water drainage facilities or expansion of <br />X <br />2 <br />existing facilities, the construction of which <br />could cause significant environmental effects? <br />rl Have sufficient water supplies available to <br />serve the project from existing entitlements and <br />X <br />2 <br />resources, or are new or expanded entitlements <br />needed? <br />e. Result in a determination by the wastewater <br />treatment provider which serves or may serve <br />the project that it has adequate capacity to serve <br />X <br />2 <br />the project's projected demand in addition to the <br />provider's existing commitments? <br />f. Be served by a landfill with sufficient permitted <br />capacity to accommodate the project's solid <br />X <br />2 <br />waste disposal needs? <br />g. Comply with federal, state, and local statutes <br />X <br />2 <br />and regulations related to solid waste? <br />h..
