Local Preferences 3 <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />July 9, 2001 <br />All meetings of Council committees and the full Council were properly noticed in accordance <br />with California law. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Staff projects that there will be minimal fiscal impact from the proposed changes. Staff research <br />revealed that only 5% of recent City purchases would have qualified for the proposed local <br />preference guidelines.
