PLN2001-00043 4 <br />Board/Commission Findings <br />11/5/2001 <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this application at its meetings on September 13, 2001. Other <br />than the applicant, no one from the public spoke on this matter. The Planning Commission has <br />recommended approval of the rezoning and planned development. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />The mailing notification for this public hearing was sent to of all the property owners within 300 <br />feet of the project site, a legal advertisement was placed in the Daily Review, and placard <br />notification was placed on neighborhood utility poles. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Not applicable. <br />Budget Authority <br />Not applicable. <br />Attachments: <br />• Vicinity Map <br />• Planning Commission Staff Report, dated September 13, 2001 <br />• Recommended Findings of Fact <br />• Recommended Conditions of Approval <br />• Excerpts from the Planning Commission Meeting of September 13, 2001 <br />• Exhibit A — Plot Plan <br />• Exhibit B — Existing Floor Plan/Proposed New Floor Plan <br />• Exhibit C — Existing and Proposed Elevations <br />CONCLUSION <br />With the proposed building and landscaping improvements, staff believes that appropriate site <br />upgrades would result with approval for an additional dwelling unit to be built on -site.
