Landscaping will be provided in the setbacks facing the street <br />frontage and in the setback from the creek's top of bank with the exception of driveways, stairs <br />and walkways. The interior side yard will be a paved surface providing foot access to the <br />courtyard at the podium level (main living level) for residents and guests. <br />The proposed units would comprise of nine, three -bedroom units and two, two -bedroom units. <br />Unit 10 would have an option to have the retreat area in the master bedroom changed to a fourth <br />bedroom. All the units will have two and one-half bathrooms, which includes two full <br />bathrooms in the upper living level and one-half of a bathroom on the main living area. The <br />average floor area for the units are 1,600 square feet. The smallest unit size is 1,248 square feet <br />and the largest is 1,968 square feet. <br />The off-street parking will be provided in the partially depressed parking structure. The structure <br />contains 26 spaces which includes 22 enclosed spaces (11, two -car garages) and four guest <br />parking spaces. <br />At its October 11, 2001 meeting, the Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the <br />Planned Development to the City Council, amending one condition, as requested by the <br />applicant, to allow construction on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In making its <br />
