The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of California Description Current Fee Reference I DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT - Building Regulations Division _._..____........ _ Plan checking fee shall be paid at the time of application for a building permit. The plan checking fee is in addition to the building permit fee and shall be as follows: j (1) In-house- During Regular Workin Hours 801/o of the building permit fee j j For Master Plans (i.e. identical buildings built by the same builder on the same lot or in the same tract and for which building permits are issues at the same time): No plan checking fee shall be paid for the master plan. However, the full plan checking fee shall be paid for each building type of the Master Plan at time of application. Changes, revisions or additions to plans previously checked.
