The Inclusionary Condition shall run with the land until the expiration of the Condition in 2038. <br />Express provisions setting forth the Inclusionary Condition shall be included in all deeds of sale of <br />each of the parcels subject to the Inclusionary Condition for the duration of the Condition. <br />Developer shall cause the Inclusionary Condition to be recorded in the office of the County of <br />Alameda Recorder for each parcel subject to the Condition at the time the Final Map is recorded. <br />The document to be recorded by the Developer, and the language to be included in the deeds, <br />shall be approved by the Redevelopment Administrator of the City of San Leandro Redevelopment <br />Agency prior to recordation. <br />Developer shall submit a marketing plan to the Redevelopment Administrator at the time the Final <br />Map is recorded that shall set forth the developer's plans to market the Inclusionary units that will <br />remain on -site. The marketing plan shall be approved by the Redevelopment Administrator. <br />Developer may request modification of the Inclusionary Condition from the Agency, however such <br />modification must be approved by the Agency Board." <br />2. All other terms of the Conditions of Approval shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3.
