PD-98-2 & Vesting Tentative Map Tract No.7078 Page 7 of 22 <br />Recommended Conditions of Approval February 9, 1999 <br />of the City of San Leandro Police Department and the Development <br />Services Director. Said details and specifications shall include, but is not <br />limited to, dead bolt locks, front -door door viewers, sliding glass door and <br />window locking and anti forced entry devices. <br />B. All building addresses shall be placed in such a position as to be plainly <br />visible and legible from the street. Said numbers shall contrast with their <br />background and be visible at night. Details including number size and <br />location shall be submitted for the review and approval of the City of San <br />Leandro Police Department, Fire Marshal and the Development Services <br />Director, prior to issuance of building permits. Street names shall be <br />approved by the City of San Leandro Police Department, Fire Marshal and <br />the Development Services Director. Specific property addresses will be <br />assigned by the Building Division of the Development Services <br />Department. <br />IX. FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. A minimum street width of 36 feet will allow parking on both sides of the <br />street. Streets with less than 36 feet of clear curb to curb width shall have <br />parking restricted in a manner approved by the Fire Department. <br />B. The emergency vehicle access (EVA) gates at the perimeter of the project <br />site shall be a minimum of 20 feet in width and constructed of metal and <br />solid design. Details including color, design and lock shall be submitted <br />to the City for the review and approval of the Fire Marshal and the <br />Development Services Director, prior to issuance of any building permits. <br />C. Prior to occupancy of first completed residence, the developer shall submit <br />written evidence of Fire Department approval of the EVA's. <br />X. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. Specific street lighting details regarding location, candle power, and light <br />levels shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer prior to <br />issuance of any building permits. <br />B. All street lighting shall be high pressure sodium or other energy <br />conserving lighting and shall be designed and located so as not to interfere <br />with traffic βon adjacent streets and so as_ not to shine on adjacent <br />properties, details subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />
