Shonian <br />for Creekside Community Covenant Church, Applicant; Helen Piperis, <br />Trustee, Property Owner; CC Community Commercial District. <br />SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION <br />It is recommended by the Planning Commission, after a public hearing, that the City <br />Council approve the rezoning of this property from CC Community Commercial District <br />to CC (PD) Community Commercial Planned Development Overlay District. The <br />rezoning allows Creekside Community Church to proceed with the planned development <br />for use of the property as a church. <br />The Planning Commission also recommends, after a public hearing, that the City <br />Council approve the planned development allowing the church use of the existing <br />building on the property, subject to the attached Findings of Fact and Conditions of <br />Approval. <br />0.20 <br />iff <br />
