SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION This memorandum and attachments serve to document the Planning Commission action for A- 89-9, PD-98-3 and Vesting Tentative Map Tracts No 7092 and 7093. A copy of the February 19, 1999 and April 2, 1999 staff reports and minutes of the February 25, 1999 and April 8, 1999 Planning Commission public hearings are attached for your review. The Planning Commission, at their May 5, 1999 meeting, voted to deny A-98-9, PD-98-3 and Vesting Tentative Map Tracts Nos. 7092 and 7093. (MSC Ravenstad/Reed; 7Ayes) The applicant filed an appeal of the Planning Commission decision on April 12, 1999. Additionally, on May 11, 1999 the applicant submitted a revised development plan to respond to the comments of the Planning Commission and staff suggestions. This was received just prior to completion of the report to the City Council. The revised plan is attached (Attachment Sheet Al2) and is briefly summarized in this staff report.
