New Job Classifications (15); Retitlinz Existinz Classifications (10); and Creating a Confidential, "Unrepresented Group' (1); Matter of 44 09-05-00 1079 1177 Authorization to Create New Job Classifications and to Adopt Salary Schedules for Said New Classifications; to Retitle Existing Classifications; and to Create a New Unrepresented Group (requests authorization from City Council to effect classification changes and to amend the Salary Schedules). The City Council authorized the creation of the new job classifications of Central Services Supervisor, Recreation Leader Aide, Locker Attendant, Instructor Aide, Lifeguard, Aquatic Instructor, Senior Lifeguard, Aquatic Specialist, Swim Center Manager, Preschool Program Aide, Preschool Program Supervisor, Scorekeeper/Field Attendant, Official Scorekeeper, Office Assistant II/III, Maintenance Assistant II, and to adopt Salary Schedules for Said New Classifications; retitling the existing classifications of Recreation Leader to Recreation Leader I, Senior Recreation Leader to Recreation Leader II, Seasonal Assistant to Recreation Specialist I, Principal Recreation Leader to Recreation Specialist II, Recreation Specialist to Recreation Specialist III, Community Services Clerk to Library Clerk, Senior Community Services Assistant to Senior Library Assistant, Community Services Assistant to Library Assistant, Office Assistant to Office Assistant I, Maintenance Assistant to Maintenance Assistant I; and creation of the San Leandro Confidential Employees Unrepresented Group. Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Prevention Policv; Matter of Adoption 45 09-05-00 2416 of Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Prevention Policy (authorizes adoption on one, revised policy for all employees of the City of San Leandro). The City Council adopted the proposed Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Prevention Policy.
