2000 MINUTE ORDER LOG <br />Page 13 <br />Minute <br />Order File <br />No. Date No. Motion <br />GPAC; Matter of City Council Appointment of Additional Members to the <br />51 <br />09-18-00 <br />2888 <br />General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC), as Recommended by the City <br />Council General Plan Ad Hoc Committee, to Replace Members Who Have <br />Resigned (provides recommendations from the City Council General Plan Ad <br />Hoc Committee to appoint additional members to the GPAC, in order to <br />maintain a diverse and representative group of people living and working in <br />San Leandro, for the duration of the project). The City Council appointed <br />additional members to the General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC), as <br />recommended by the City Council General Plan Ad Hoc Committee, to <br />replace members who have resigned, as follows: (See Minute Order <br />No.2000-51 for names of the Committee Members. <br />City Council Consensus (City Council Comments, Item 10.C). There was <br />-- <br />09-18-00 <br />-- <br />City Council consensus to forward to the City Council Rules and <br />Communications Committee the issue of obtaining a facilitator and putting a <br />timeline in place for the City Manager's evaluation. <br />Matter of A-00-5; Rezone from CC Community Commercial District to CC <br />52 <br />10-02-00 <br />1099/ <br />(PD) Community Commercial Planned Development Overlay District; and <br />1009 <br />PD-00-4; Planned Development, to Convert an Existing Office Building into a <br />Church, Including Sanctuary, Classrooms, and Office Space; 897 MacArthur <br />Boulevard, West Side of MacArthur Boulevard, Northerly of Fortuna Avenue; <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 76-333-4-1; J. Bell, KBC Family Life Ministries, <br />Owner and Applicant; CC Community Commercial District. The City <br />Council approved the Planned Development, PD-00-4; 897 MacArthur <br />Boulevard, west side of MacArthur Boulevard, northerly of Fortuna <br />Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number 76-333-4-1, Subject to the Findings <br />and Conditions of Approval. <br />Matter of A-00-2; Rezone from CC Community Commercial District to CC <br />53 <br />10-02-00 <br />1099/ <br />(PD) Community Commercial Planned Development Overlay District; and <br />1009 <br />PD-00-1; Planned Development, to Convert an Existing Restaurant Building <br />(Piper's Restaurant) into a Community Center, Including a Church, <br />Community Service Meeting Facility, and Possible Use by the San Leandro <br />Adult School; 951 MacArthur Boulevard, West Side of MacArthur Boulevard <br />Between Dutton Avenue and Dowling Boulevard; Assessor's Parcel Number <br />76-336-4-1; Jon M.
