(1099/1009/2863) The City Council amended the Conditions of Approval for PD-98-3, Section X.I and X.L, General Conditions, as follows: (1) Amends Section X.I to reflect the number of units in the current, revised site plan, pursuant to the Applicant's request: "Developer shall provide a total of ten (10) affordable units, including four (4) affordable to very, low-income households, and six (6) affordable to moderate - income households." (2) Amends Section X.L to clarify improvements the Applicant has agreed to with the Director of Public Works, at the adjacent City Service Center: a. Fund building modifications to better insulate the residential project from noise associated with the operation of the Service Center, including: (1) relocating a building or adding a building extension, and (2) adding roll -up doors to the back of the maintenance building.
