CITY COUNCIL OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MINUTE ORDER <br />NO. 99-49 <br />SUBJECT: Matter of A-98-9; Reclassification from CC Community Commercial <br />District to RS (PD) Residential, Single -Family, Planned Development <br />Overlay District; and PD-98-3; Planned Development to Construct 52, <br />Single -Family Cluster Homes and 10 Duet/Townhouses (62 total units) on <br />a 5.93-Acre Site; and Vesting Tentative May, Tracts 7092 and 7093; to <br />Subdivide Two Parcels into 62, Single -Family Lots and One Park Parcel <br />with Private Streets; 14363 Chapman Road and 701 Fremont Avenue; <br />Bounded by Fremont Avenue on the West, Chapman Road on the East, <br />and Northerly of the Shopping Center on Floresta Boulevard Between <br />Washington Avenue and Fremont Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Numbers <br />77B-1165-2-5; 2-6; 3-2; 4-2; 5-2; and 11; Trumark Companies <br />MEETING DATE: July 19, 1999 <br />Minute Order No. 99-49, Matter of Imposition of Additional Conditions of Approval. <br />(1099/1009/2863) <br />The City Council amended the Conditions of Approval for PD-98-3, Section X.I and X.L, <br />General Conditions, as follows: <br />(1) Amends Section X.I to reflect the number of units in the current, revised site plan, <br />pursuant to the Applicant's request: <br />"Developer shall provide a total of ten (10) affordable units, including four (4) <br />affordable to very, low-income households, and six (6) affordable to moderate - <br />income households." <br />(2) Amends Section X.L to clarify improvements the Applicant has agreed to with the <br />Director of Public Works, at the adjacent City Service Center: <br />a. Fund building modifications to better insulate the residential project from noise <br />associated with the operation of the Service Center, including: <br />(1) relocating a building or adding a building extension, and <br />(2) adding roll -up doors to the back of the maintenance building. <br />
