(1099/1009) <br />The City Council approved the Planned Development, PD-99-2 for 524-526 Lewelling <br />Boulevard, Assessor's Parcel Number 412-11-1-7, Subject to the Findings and Conditions <br />of Approval, as amended by staff memorandum dated November 15, 1999, with the <br />following exceptions: <br />1. Condition IV.A.4 will be deleted, but the City Council indicated their desire to <br />reserve the right to place an historic marker in front of the Victorian home. <br />2. Condition IX.E. Limit the truck hauling hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Saturday, for the entire project. <br />3. Condition IX.A. No exterior construction on Saturdays or Sundays for Buildings C, <br />D, and E. <br />M/S/C Glaze and Lothrop.
