California Department of Fish and Game <br />CERTIFICATE OF FEE EXEMPTION <br />Project Title/Location (include County): <br />A-99-3, PD-99-3 and Vesting Tentative Map Tract 7133; 1355 and 1358 Santa Rosa Street, 391 and 393 Estudillo <br />Avenue and 380, 384 and 390 Joaquin Avenue, San Leandro California, Alameda County, 94577 <br />Project Description: <br />Rezone the property from P Professional District to RM-2500 (PD) Residential Multi -Family Planned <br />Development Overlay District. The planned development is for the construction of eleven (11) three - <br />bedroom and two -bath two-story townhouse units on a vacant 23,722 square foot parcel. The vesting <br />tentative map will create 11 individual parcels for the sale of the units. <br />Findings of Exemption: <br />1. The City Council approved the proposal to rezone the property to a residential district with a planned <br />development overlay district and to construct the 11 townhouse units on the site. Included was the <br />vesting tentative map for the individual sale of the units. <br />2. An initial study has been conducted to evaluate potential adverse environmental impacts. <br />3. The City Council finds and determines that, when considering the record as a whole, there is no <br />evidence before the City that the proposed project will have the potential for an adverse effect on the <br />wildlife resources or the habitat on which wildlife depends. <br />4.
