Appeal Page 3 December 29, 1997
I
• The LLAM does not result in violations of the Municipal Code. Prior to the approval of the
LLAM, the proposal was reviewed by both the Planning and Engineering Divisions to determine
compliance with the Municipal Code and any specific property restrictions. This review
determined that the proposal for LLAM was in compliance with the Municipal Code and the
Planned Development (PD-86-9) and associated MOU. It also determined that, as approved, the
reconfigured parcels will not violate any Municipal Code requirements such as lot size, access or
provision of services.
CONCLUSION
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the appeal, upholding the Planning Commission's and City
Engineer's approval of the LLAM, based on the information contained in this and the Planning
Commission staff report.
ASG:as
fl council\0112\appeal.mem
