City of San Leandro <br />Civic Center, 835 E. 14th Street <br />San Leandro, California 94577 <br />Office of the City Manager 510-577-3351 <br />FAX 510-577-3340 <br />OFFICIAL RESULTS <br />OF SIGNATURE VERIFICATION ON PETITIONS <br />SUBMITTED REGARDING RESOLUTION NO. 98-26 <br />This certifies that I, Gayle Petersen, received 19 sections of petitions submitted by the <br />Hotel Employees, Restaurant Employees and Bartenders Union, Local 2850, AFL-CIO on <br />April 1, 1998 regarding a referendum on Resolution No. 98-26, A Resolution Approving <br />Lease and Other Documents Between the San Francisco Bay Conference Center Resort <br />L.C.C. and the City of San Leandro. The 19 sections submitted consisted of <br />approximately 5,753 signatures. These petitions were submitted to the Alameda County <br />Registrar of Voters on April 3, 1998 for signature verification. The official number of <br />registered voters on April 1, 1998 was 36,843. <br />The attached letter represents the Alameda County Registrar's notification of signature <br />verification.
