CITY COUNCIL OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MINUTE ORDER <br />NO. 98-35 <br />SUBJECT: Matter of PD-97-10; A-98-4; and Vesting Tentative Map, Tract <br />7001; 1762 and 1770 San Leandro Boulevard and 1707 and 1761 <br />Carpentier Street (the Area Bounded by Carpentier Street on the <br />East, Thornton Street on the North, and San Leandro Boulevard on <br />the West): <br />- PD-97-10, Planned Unit Development for Twenty-five (25), Two - <br />Story, Three -Bedroom Townhouse Units; <br />- Vesting Tentative Map, Tract 7001, Tract Map to Subdivide the <br />Property into 25 Individual Parcels for Each Unit; and <br />- A-98-4, Rezoning of 1762 and 1770 San Leandro Boulevard from <br />RM-1800 Residential, Multi -Family 1800 to RM-1800 (PD) <br />Residential, Multi -Family, Planned Development Combining <br />District; <br />Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75-27-2-1, 7-3 and 8; Westco Community <br />Builders, Inc.; RM-1800 (PD) and RM-1800. <br />MEETING DATE: June 15, 1998 <br />Minute Order No. 98-35, Motion Certifying Negative Declaration for PD-97-10 as <br />complete and in compliance with CEQA requirements; Approving the Rezoning of A- <br />98-4 to RM-1800 (PD) Residential, Multi -Family, Planned Development Combining <br />District; and Approving the Planned Development, PD-97-10, subject to the <br />Conditions of Approval. (1099/1009) <br />The City Council certified the Negative Declaration for PD-97-10 as complete and <br />in compliance with CEQA requirements; approved the Rezoning of A-98-4 to RM-1800 <br />(PD) Residential, Multi -Family, Planned Development Combining District; and <br />approved the Planned Development, PD-97-10, subject to the Conditions of <br />Approval. <br />M/S/C Galvan and Polvorosa.
