This <br />planned development consists of three separate parcels. Two of the parcels are zoned RM- <br />1800(PD). The vacant parcel fronting on San Leandro Boulevard is zoned RM-1800. To be <br />included in the planned development, it must be rezoned to RM-1800(PD).
