General Plan -3- September 17, 1998 <br />Staff therefore recommends that the Council appoint an ad hoc subcommittee of three Council members <br />to recommend the membership of the GPAC, while staff chooses a consultant team. This ad hoc <br />subcommittee should develop a list of recommended GPAC members, to be approved by Council.
