How much capacity is <br />needed in Tri-Valley area. What options are being considered <br />by Tri-Valley agencies if agreement can't be negotiated with <br />EBDA? <br />• Future TV inspection program - What percent of system has <br />been TV ed to date? What is future program? <br />• Can videos of WPCP be shown on City Channel? <br />• Provide map of San Leandro Creek Water Shed. <br />• Who monitors Alameda Creek? <br />• Farm out treatment of sewage but retain collection system. <br />Service charge for single family in San Leandro service area <br />is $180/yr vs. $113/yr in Oro Loma service area. <br />• Provide report on all costs for WPCP Enterprise Operation. <br />• Coordinate services with other sewer agencies and provide <br />our services to other agencies. <br />• Use Video as education tool- customer service and schools. <br />• Overall education on chemicals to storm drains. <br />• Look at all costs including replacement when. comparing <br />rates between City and Oro Loma, other agencies. Make sure we <br />are comparing apples to apples. Do same for garbage rates. <br />• Friends of Creek - monitoring, list of handouts available <br />for schools, homeowner associations. <br />19,9 <br />
