It was suggested that the following format to conduct the hearing would be more <br />beneficial and informative to the public as well as to the City Council as a whole. <br />1. Staff presentation <br />2. Applicant/Appellant — 10 minutes <br />3. City Council Questions/Clarifications <br />4. Public Comments — 5 minutes per person <br />5. Applicant/Appellant Rebuttal — 5 minutes <br />6. City Council Comments/Questions/Action <br />Fiscal Impact <br />There is no fiscal impact to this item. <br />195 <br />
