The following classifications shall have their salaries adjusted as noted below: <br />Personnel Technician $2,767 $2,906 $3,051 $3,207 $3,367 <br />Senior Community <br />Service Ass't. - Automated <br />Systems $3,447 $3,626 $3,822 $4.010 $4,229 <br />The above adjustments shall be effective July 1, 1996. <br />Section 3 - SALARY STUDY <br />The City and the Association agree to jointly choose an outside consultant to review the <br />compensation paid to those classifications listed in Section 2(b) above. The City shall pay for the <br />cost of the consultant. <br />Should the consultant study find that the salary for any of those classifications are within five (5%) <br />percent of the appropriate market data, the parties agree to reopen negotiations on the salaries for <br />those classifications only. <br />Section 4 - MILITARY SERVICE CREDIT <br />As soon as practical, the City shall amend its contract with PERS to provide for the employee paid <br />military service credit option pursuant to Government Code Section 20930.3 (Military Service as <br />Public Service). <br />Section 5 - AGREEMENT TO Y-RATE <br />
