CALiruKNIA DEPARTMENT'OF FISH AND GAME <br />CERTIFICATE OF FEE EXEMPTION <br />De Minimis Impact Finding <br />Project Title/Location Name and Address of Project Proponent (include county): A-97-1 & PD-97-1; to <br />rezone 91 Durant Avenue from NA-2 North Area District to RS(PD) Residential Single -Family, Planned Development <br />District; and Planned Development to construct four new , detached single family homes; Durant Park Development <br />Limited Liability Company c/o Richard Weinstein, 3661 Grand Avenue, #106, Oakland, California, 94610; <br />Alameda County. <br />Project Description: The proposed project is to divide the property into four separate parcels, two of which will be <br />flag -shaped lots, with adjacent driveways up the middle of the property to the rear two. Each parcel will have a single <br />family house constructed on it. The homes will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and attached two -car garages. <br />The exterior will be stucco walls and composition shingle roofs. The driveways will be constructed of concrete and <br />decorative concrete. <br />Findings of Exemption: <br />1. The City Council approved the proposal to rezone the property to a residential base district and to <br />construct four detached single-family homes on the subject property. <br />2. An initial study has been conducted to evaluate potential adverse environmental impacts. <br />3. The City Council finds and determines that, when considering the record as a whole, there is no <br />evidence before the City that the proposed project will have potential for an adverse effect on the wildlife <br />resources or the habitat on which wildlife depends. <br />4.
