11. Notices. <br />Any notice permitted or required to be served upon Contractor shall be <br />served upon it at the premises identified in Paragraph 1; provided, however, that if <br />Contractor shall give notice in writing to Owner of any change in said address, then <br />and in such event such notice shall be given to Contractor at such substituted <br />address. Any notice permitted or required to be served upon Owner shall be served <br />upon it at City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, 94577 and <br />Steven R. Meyers, Meyers, Nave, Riback, Silver S& Wilson, 777 Davis Street, Suite <br />300, San Leandro, California, 94577; provided, however, that if City shall give notice <br />in writing to Lessee of any change in said address, then and in such event such notice <br />shall be given to City at such substituted address.
