COMMUNITY PRESERVATION ORDINANCE <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />AND <br />ORDER <br />For the Property located at <br />1862 Edgehill Court <br />San Leandro CA 94577 <br />July 17, 1997 <br />Pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 3-1-315 an administrative hearing was <br />held on July 16, 1997 before the undersigned, being the City Manager's designees, to determine <br />whether a nuisance exists on the real property located at 1862 Edgehill Court, Assessor's Parcel No. <br />079 002506600. The City was represented by Kelly Hamer. The property owners, Dora M. & Vin <br />DeLaCruz, were present and represented themselves. After due consideration of the evidence <br />presented at the hearing, the undersigned made the following findings: <br />1. The property known as 1862 Edgehill Court, Assessor's Parcel No. 079 002506600, <br />owned by Dora M. & Vin DeLaCruz. <br />2. Notice of the Hearing was duly given to Dora M. & Vin DeLaCruz in accordance with <br />San Leandro Municipal Code Section 3-1-310. <br />3. Conditions such as those described in Exhibit A dated July 16, 1997 attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, have existed on the property since June 6, 1997. <br />4. Said conditions constitute a nuisance pursuant to the applicable subsection of San <br />Leandro Municipal Code Section 3-1-200, as set forth in Exhibit A. <br />
