SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION This memorandum and attachments will serve as the Planning Commission report for Tentative �J Map, Tract 6929. Adopt the attached Negative Declaration by motion; 2. Approve the proposed Findings for Tentative Map, Tract 6929 by adopting the attached resolution; and 3. Approve the proposed Tentative Map, subject to the attached Conditions of Approval, by motion. BACKGROUND The subject property is a 2.61 acre (113,726 square foot) site on the north side of Manor Boulevard, east of Wicks Boulevard. It is owned and occupied by the Hope Lutheran Church. The northerly quarter of the site is surplus property. The church would like to dispose of it. This rear portion of the property is accessible via Boxwood Avenue.
