Adopt the attached Negative Declaration by motion; <br />2. Approve the proposed Findings for Tentative Map, Tract 6929 by adopting the attached <br />resolution; and <br />3. Approve the proposed Tentative Map, subject to the attached Conditions of Approval, by <br />motion. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The subject property is a 2.61 acre (113,726 square foot) site on the north side of Manor Boulevard, <br />east of Wicks Boulevard. It is owned and occupied by the Hope Lutheran Church. The northerly <br />quarter of the site is surplus property. The church would like to dispose of it.
