East Bay Dischargers Author i ty/LAVWMA; Matter of Council Direction to Its East Bay Dischargers Authority 97-49 11-03-97 1221 Representative Regarding Approval of an Agreement Between the Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency and the East Bay Dischargers Authority. The City Council directed the City Council's East Bay Dischargers Authority Representative, Gordon Galvan, regarding approval of an Agreement Between the Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency and the East Bay Dischargers Authority and directed the City Manager to transmit a letter to the LAVWMA General Manager. Matter of A-97-10; Reclassification from P Professional District to P (PD) Professional Planned Development Overlay 97-50 11-17-97 1099/ District; and PD-97-8; Planned Development; to Construct a 1009 3,900-Square-Foot Office Building at 609 Callan Avenue (Southwest Corner of Callan and Bancroft Avenues); Assessor's Parcel Number 77-465-4; Developer: I. Cornelius; P Professional District. The City Council certified the Negative Declaration for PD-97-8 as complete and in compliance with CEQA requirements; approved the Reclassification of A-97-10 to P (PD) Professional Planned Development Overlay District; and approved the Planned Development, PD-97-8, subject to the Conditions of Approval, with two added Conditions, as follows: (1) Any damage to the building exterior, including but not limited to the raised foam molding, shall be repaired promptly; and (2) The Applicant shall provide a rigid design for the application of the continual window sill on the exterior of the building to the satisfaction of the Development Services Director.
