The City <br />Council authorized creation of a Wastewater Plant Operations <br />Supervisor Classification; deletion of the Assistant Plant <br />Superintendent and the Plant Maintenance Supervisor <br />Classifications; and retitling the Plant Superintendent <br />Classification to Wastewater Pollution Control Manager. <br />East Bay Dischargers Author i ty/LAVWMA; Matter of Council <br />Direction to Its East Bay Dischargers Authority <br />97-49 11-03-97 1221 Representative Regarding Approval of an Agreement Between <br />the Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency and the <br />East Bay Dischargers Authority. The City Council directed <br />the City Council's East Bay Dischargers Authority <br />Representative, Gordon Galvan, regarding approval of an <br />Agreement Between the Livermore-Amador Valley Water <br />Management Agency and the East Bay Dischargers Authority and <br />directed the City Manager to transmit a letter to the LAVWMA <br />General Manager. <br />Matter of A-97-10; Reclassification from P Professional <br />District to P (PD) Professional Planned Development Overlay <br />97-50 11-17-97 1099/ District; and PD-97-8; Planned Development; to Construct a <br />1009 3,900-Square-Foot Office Building at 609 Callan Avenue <br />(Southwest Corner of Callan and Bancroft Avenues); <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 77-465-4; Developer: I. Cornelius; <br />P Professional District. The City Council certified the <br />Negative Declaration for PD-97-8 as complete and in <br />compliance with CEQA requirements; approved the <br />Reclassification of A-97-10 to P (PD) Professional Planned <br />Development Overlay District; and approved the Planned <br />Development, PD-97-8, subject to the Conditions of Approval, <br />with two added Conditions, as follows: (1) Any damage to <br />the building exterior, including but not limited to the <br />raised foam molding, shall be repaired promptly; and <br />(2) The Applicant shall provide a rigid design for the <br />application of the continual window sill on the exterior of <br />the building to the satisfaction of the Development Services <br />Director. <br />
