MOTION <br />Matter of Approval of Findings of Fact and Conditions of <br />Approval Regarding SD-75-44; St. Moritz Apartments; 14744 <br />97- 9 02-03-97 1136 <br />Washington Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number 077C-1305-001- <br />002; City of San Leandro, Applicant; RM 1800 Residential <br />Multiple Family District (provides for approval of Findings <br />of Fact, including Conditions of Approval, and approval of <br />the Monitoring Plan, pursuant to City Council's direction at <br />the October 7, 1996, City Council Meeting). The City <br />Council continued the matter of Approval of Findings of Fact <br />and Conditions of Approval Regarding SD-75-44; St. Moritz <br />Apartments; 14744 Washington Avenue; Assessor's Parcel <br />Number 077C-1305-001-002; City of San Leandro, Applicant; RM <br />1800 Residential Multiple Family District to a date <br />uncertain. <br />Disaster Preparedness Program Implementation Committee, <br />Matter of Dissolving the City Council. The City Council <br />97-10 02-03-97 1156 <br />dissolved the City Council Disaster Preparedness Program <br />Implementation Committee. <br />Matter of Notice of Intent to Adopt Condemnation Resolution <br />for Easements at 2000 Merced Street (McManus, Owner) and <br />97-11 02-18-97 1206 <br />1777 Abrams Court (Hilf, Owner) for the Storm Drain, Merced <br />Street to Williams Street Project (authorizes City to <br />acquire subject property by eminent domain). The City <br />Council continued the matter of the Resolution of Necessity <br />to Acquire Easements by filing of Eminent Domain Proceedings <br />for the Storm Drain, Merced Street to Williams Street <br />Project, to the March 17, 1997, City Council Meeting. <br />City Council Consensus. (City Council Comments) Council <br />-- 02-18-97 -- <br />Member Young commended BART security on the Zero Tolerance <br />for graffiti and etching. She said she would like to play <br />an active role and suggested the Council send a letter to <br />BART. There was consensus of the City Council to direct <br />staff to send a letter to BART commending their graffiti <br />program. <br />EMS Special Election; At the City Council Work Session on <br />-- 02-24-97 1055 02-24-97, by City Council consensus, they appointed Council <br />Members Gal van, Young, and Mayor Corbett to write the Ballot <br />Argument. (Per Steve Meyers, City Attorney [via Jackie <br />Diaz], not necessary to put a formal Motion on the next <br />Regular City Council Meeting Agenda of 03-03-97. Hence, no <br />formal vote by Resolution or Minute Order has been done.) <br />
