San Leandro Council Member Handbook | 20212022 <br />63 | Page <br /> <br /> <br />SITE DEVELOPMENT SUB-COMMISSION <br />Description of Board Duties: <br />Duties of the Site Development Sub-Commission are found in § 1-5-2502 of the San Leandro <br />Zoning Code. It shall be the duty of the Sub-Commission to review sketches, layouts, site plans, <br />structural plans, signs, and architectural drawings in connection with any matter before the Sub- <br />Commission. The Sub-Commission shall have authority to confer with the applicant or property <br />owner concerning modifications of the proposal, or conditions necessary to approval, and may <br />approve, disapprove, or conditionally approve the proposal. The Sub-Commission may refer any <br />matter before them to the Board of Zoning Adjustment or Planning Commission. <br /> <br />MEMBERSHIP: <br /> <br />Three (3) members: one (1) member of either the Planning Commission or the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustment appointed by the Mayor, one (1) members of the Planning Commission appointed by <br />the Chairman of the Planning Commission, and one (1) member of the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustments appointed by the Chair of the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br /> <br />MEETING SCHEDULE: <br />The Site Development Sub-Commission meets on an as-needed basis. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
