33.2 This Memorandum of Understanding shall supersede all <br />existing Memoranda of Understanding between the City and the <br />Association. <br />Section 34. Separability of Provisions <br />Should any section, clause or provision of this Memorandum of <br />Understanding be declared illegal by final judgment of a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such section, clause <br />or provision shall not invalidate the remaining portions hereof, <br />and such remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect <br />for the duration of this Memorandum of Understanding. <br />It is mutually recommended that the modifications shown above <br />shall be made applicable on the dates indicated and these <br />modifications represent the full and final settlement of all <br />proposals made by the San Leandro Police Officers' Association. <br />This Memorandum of Understanding <br />herein shall commence on March 1, <br />through February 28, 1998, except <br />other effective dates. <br />Dated: <br />CITY REPRESENTATIVES <br />Michael A.
