The Mission Bell is an absolutely <br />unique, one of a kind, nothing -else -like -it -around -here structure. <br />Preserving and upgrading the building will greatly enhance the <br />East 14th gateway to San Leandro, establish the "personality" of <br />the city to people who enter from Oakland, and benefit the tenants <br />who live and work in the building.
