IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2022- RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE PARCEL MAP 11307 FOR ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 075-0084-015- 02 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT; OWNER, SUBDIVIDER AND APPLICANT: 2483 WASHINGTON PARTNERS, LLC. WHEREAS, the Subdivider, 2483 Washington Partners, LLC, submitted a Parcel Map titled Parcel Map 11307 to the City Council for approval; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider has reviewed and agreed to the terms of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement and will sign the agreement upon Council approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for the subdivision’s design and improvement, are consistent with the City’s 2035 General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that said parcel map is technically correct, and complies with the provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-210 et seq. and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act; and WHEREAS, the City’s consulting Land Surveyor attests that said parcel map is technically correct pursuant to California Government Code §66450(b); and WHEREAS, the City Planner’s Report for Parcel Map 11307 is incorporated herein. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows: • That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute Subdivision Improvement Agreements for Parcel Map 11307 on behalf of the City; and • That said Parcel Map 11307 is hereby approved, subject to the City Engineer’s Report as well as the City Planner’s Report, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and • That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute the City Clerk’s Statement on Parcel Map 11307 and the Subdivider shall deliver the executed map to the Alameda County Recorder for recordation.
