Assigned Special Tax <br />The Assigned Special Tax for each Taxable Property that is Developed Property and Final Map <br />Property is shown in Table 1 for Tax Zone A. <br />TABLE 1 – TAX ZONE A <br />ASSIGNED SPECIAL TAX FOR DEVELOPED PROPERTY AND FINAL MAP PROPERTY <br />FISCAL YEAR 2022/23 <br /> <br />Land Use <br />Class Land Use Type Assigned Special Tax <br />1 Single Family Residential Property $5,500 per Dwelling Unit <br />2 Townhome Property 4,500 per Dwelling Unit <br />1,900 per BMR Unit <br />3 Apartment Property 877.25 per Dwelling Unit <br />4 Hotel Property 2.48 per Square Foot of Non- <br />Residential Floor Area <br />5 Non-Residential Property 2.18 per Square Foot of Non- <br />Residential Floor Area <br /> <br />Should a Land Use Class be changed to a different Land Use Type, the Assigned Special Tax for the <br />revised Land Use Type shall apply and the Expected Revenue in Table 2 shall be revised <br />accordingly. <br />Taxable Public Property and Taxable Welfare Exempt Property shall continue to be assigned to <br />the same land use class as the property was assigned to before becoming Taxable Public Property <br />or Taxable Welfare Exempt Property.
