11, <br />CITY COUNCIL OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MINUTE ORDER <br />NO. 96-38 <br />SUBJECT: Matter of SD-75-44; St. Moritz Apartments; 14744 Washington <br />Avenue; to Consider Revocation or Modification to the Site <br />Development Sub -Commission Approval Granted in 1975, to Permit <br />Vehicle and Pedestrian Access to Harold Avenue from the St. <br />Moritz Apartments; Assessor's Parcel Number 077C-1305-001-002; <br />City of San Leandro, Applicant; RM 1800 Residential Multiple <br />Family District <br />MEETING DATE: October 7, 1996 <br />Minute Order No. 96-38, Matter of SD-75-44; St. Moritz Apartments; 14744 <br />Washington Avenue; to Consider Revocation or Modification to the Site Development <br />Sub -Commission Approval Granted in 1975, to Permit Vehicle and Pedestrian Access <br />to Harold Avenue from the St. Moritz Apartments; Assessor's Parcel Number 077C- <br />1305-001-002; City of San Leandro, Applicant; RM 1800 Residential Multiple Family <br />District. (1136) <br />The City Council moved that the following be adopted: <br />1. A trial period of six months, with staff providing continuous monitoring of <br />the site. <br />2. The vehicle exit onto Harold Avenue shall remain open, except during the <br />hours of 10:00 p.m. thru 5:00 a.m. <br />3. The pedestrian gate shall be closed for ingress and egress purposes. <br />4. The spikes are to be removed. <br />5. The City Council directed staff to prepare the required Findings, in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Code. <br />6.
