(1136) <br />The City Council moved that the following be adopted: <br />1. A trial period of six months, with staff providing continuous monitoring of <br />the site. <br />2. The vehicle exit onto Harold Avenue shall remain open, except during the <br />hours of 10:00 p.m. thru 5:00 a.m. <br />3. The pedestrian gate shall be closed for ingress and egress purposes. <br />4. The spikes are to be removed. <br />5. The City Council directed staff to prepare the required Findings, in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Code. <br />6.
