Speeding and other dangerous traffic conditions <br />■ Testimony at July 5, 1977 City Council Meeting: <br />Carol Leopoldo, Harold Ave. resident, reviews dangerous traffic conditions <br />and accidents which had occurred in the area. <br />■ Testimony at July 11, 1996 Planning Commission meetinZ: <br />Betty Ackel, Harold Ave. resident, said there is speeding traffic coming out of <br />the apartment complex; <br />Vivian Denu, tenant, questioned validity of complaints about speeding because <br />of short length of the street, tire spikes and slow opening of the gate; <br />■ Testimony at October 7, 1996 City Council meeting: <br />Donna Baldwin, resident, testified that traffic exiting from complex creates <br />traffic hazard for her when she is exiting from her driveway; <br />Ms. Blackfargo, complex tenant, testified that it is not possible to speed <br />upon exiting from the St. Moritz onto Harold because of the stop sign a short <br />distance away from the exit. <br />D.
