■ Testimony at July 5 1977 City Council meeting: <br />Testimony of John Sullivan that he has surveyed tenant parking on Harold <br />Avenue (survey includes photos) [presumably to demonstrate minimal, if any, <br />impact]; <br />CSL Staff report of June 26, 1996 noting February 28, 1996 Harold Ave. <br />residents' petition complaining of increased on -street parking; <br />Remarks of Commissioner Collier at 7/11/96 Planning Commission Meeting <br />noting that he had made a site visit regarding parking and did not see a congestion <br />problem.; <br />Remarks of Traffic Engineer Lum at 7/11/96 Planning Commission Meeting <br />noting that there are approximately 24,000 cars a day, 2,000 an hour, one car every <br />two seconds on Washington where the average speed is 35 mph. He also notes that <br />left hand turns onto Washington are discouraged. <br />■ Testimony a� t July 11, 1996 Planning Commission meeting: <br />Gary Feliciano of Harold Ave. noted increased parking; <br />John Sullivan, owner of St. Moritz, notes that since 1977, he has received no <br />formal complaints about the parking situation and says he conducted a survey of area <br />and found no congested parking (provides photos of area taken on 06/20/96); <br />Claude Robins, Harold Ave. resident, noted congested parking on Washington <br />and that this may lead to increased parking on Harold. <br />9 <br />
