The City Council approved the modifications to <br />City Council meeting procedures, pursuant to staff report <br />dated May 8, 1996. <br />A-96-2; Matter of A-96-2, Amendment to Zoning Code; to <br />Provide for Conditional Use Approval for Multi -Family <br />96-18 06-03-96 1099 <br />Residential Use in North Area 2 Zoning District. The City <br />Council approved A-96-2. <br />Personal Property Tax Rebate Program Guidelines for San <br />Leandro Businesses, Matter of. The City Council approved <br />96-19 06-17-96 2807 <br />the Personal Property Tax Rebate Program Guidelines and <br />directed the Economic Development Agency to implement the <br />program. <br />EBDA; Matter of East Bay Dischargers Authority Offer to <br />Livermore/Amador Valley Water Management Agency Regarding <br />96-20 06-17-96 1221 <br />Sewer Capacity. The City Council directed the City's EBDA <br />Representative to vote on behalf of the City of San Leandro <br />City Council to accept the LAVWMA counter offer. <br />Casa Peralta Priority 1 Seismic Upgrade, Americans with <br />Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility Improvements, Project <br />96-21 06-17-96 1915 <br />No. 95-210-8610. The City Council authorized the City <br />Manager to transfer additional funds for the completion of <br />seismic improvements at the Casa Peralta and construction of <br />kitchen and restroom accessibility upgrades. <br />East 14th Street Median. The City Council directed staff to <br />go forward with the project from the creek to the monument <br />96-22 06-17-96 -- <br />(the full test area), and authorized expenditure of $30,000. <br />Staff was also directed to conduct a public meeting and <br />update the City Council in August. <br />Renaissance Conference Center at Former Blue Dolphin Site at <br />30 San Leandro Marina, Matter of Proposed. The City Council <br />96-23 06-26-96 -- authorized the City Manager to sign a Letter of Intent and <br />to expend $60,000, recoverable from the project for design, <br />landscaping, and survey costs. <br />
