iv. iron grills, equivalent to above materials <br />V. hardware cloth, galvanized 19-gauge or heavier, <br />openings not to exceed 1/4 inch <br />vi. cement mortar, 1/3 mixture or richer <br />vii. concrete, 1:2:4 or richer <br />d. During construction, the following high standards for sanitation <br />are required: Garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and debris <br />piles shall be removed on a minimum weekly basis. All food - <br />related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bottle, and food <br />scraps shall be disposed of in closed containers only and <br />regularly removed from the construction site. Inspections, <br />conducted as part of the regular construction compliance, will <br />be conducted to insure compliance of contractors with this requirement. <br />e. Construction activities shall also comply with GDP EIR <br />mitigation measure 3.3.3. <br />3. The CC&R's shall include the following provision: "The area <br />surrounding the residential development to the west and north is a part <br />of the San Leandro shoreline and is a part of the wetland habitat <br />which surrounds the San Francisco Bay. The area is habitat to the <br />Salt Marsh Harvest Mouse and other endangered species. Public <br />access to the area is restricted to defined pedestrian trails and access is <br />not permitted except on such trails. Animals are permitted on such <br />trails only while on a leash and animals found in the habitat areas will <br />be immediately impounded and the owner subject to fines." <br />E. Parks shall be as shown on Landscape Plans dated September 9, 1995, as <br />amended during the review process. <br />III. OFF -SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br />A. Emergency Vehicle Access (EVA) shall be provided as follows: <br />1.
