V. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. The applicant shall demonstrate to the Director of Development Services how <br />the Condition of Approval IX.A.1. of the General Development Plan, relating <br />to interior and exterior lighting in the development, has been complied with <br />prior to issuance of building permits. <br />B. The applicant shall submit documentation to the Chief Building Official as to <br />how Condition of Approval IX.A.16. of the General Development Plan, <br />relating to Title 24 Code compliance, has been complied with prior to <br />issuance of building permits. <br />C. The applicant shall submit documentation to the Chief Building Official as to <br />how Condition of Approval X.A of the General Development Plan, relating to <br />interior noise levels, has been complied with prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br />D. All building addresses shall be placed in such a position as to be plainly <br />visible and legible from the street. Said numbers shall contrast with their <br />background and be visible at night. Street names shall be approved by the <br />Building Division of the Development Services Department and specific <br />building addresses will be assigned by the Building Division of the <br />Development Services Department. <br />E. Roberts Landing Area residents may not attend San Lorenzo Unified School <br />District schools and will not be given transfers. <br />F. The applicant, in his application for a Final Subdivision Public Report issued <br />by the California Department of Real Estate for the property, shall request <br />that the Department insert the following note in the final Subdivision Public <br />Report: <br />Purchasers should note that all public school students in Grades K-12, <br />residing in the Roberts Landing Development will be required to attend <br />schools in the San Leandro Unified School District. <br />G. For Phases 2A and 2B, the various approved house plans shall be dispersed <br />so that no houses that are the same design or color shall be located side by <br />side. The proposed footprints illustrated on the PDP plans may be <br />interchanged as long as these conditions apply. <br />H.
