<br /> <br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Ledgent <br />Finance and Accounting Last revised 05/02/2022 <br /> Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The City desires a financial consultant to support the Finance Department during the recruitment to fill the <br />Budget Manager and Financial Analyst vacancy. The key job responsibilities may include the following: <br /> <br />1) Assist the department with the day-to-day tasks: <br /> <br />• Perform assigned accounting/budgeting/financial activities such as preparing journal entries, <br />conducting analytical analysis, etc. <br /> <br />• Assist with the preparation of ERP implementation <br /> <br />• Assist with budget revamp and preparation of templates, dashboards, and budget materials <br /> <br />• Document the procedures for the Budget Manager and Financial Analyst position <br /> <br />• Keep track of all the short-term and long-term assignments. <br /> <br /> <br />2) Provide any other assistance as needed. <br /> <br />3) Position will not be given any access to personally identifiable information (any combination of name, date <br />of birth, social security number and bank account/credit card info rmation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 30241F47-E16A-4538-BCE5-034C71304A0D
