- <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 03/10/2022 <br />Robert Half International Inc. for Temporary Administrative Support Exhibit B – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br /> <br />Temporary Staffing for Administrative positions $47.46 - $57.68/hour <br /> <br /> <br />Conversion fee In the event City wishes to convert any of Consultant's Assigned <br />Individuals, City agrees to pay a conversion fee in accordance with this Section. City agrees to pay a <br />conversion fee if Consultant's Assigned Individual is hired by an affiliate or other related business entity as <br />a result of City's subsequent referral of the Assigned Individual or one of City's customers as a result of <br />Assigned Individual providing services to that customer. The conversion fee is payable if City hires the <br />Assigned Individual, regardless of the job classification, on either a full-time, temporary (including <br />temporary assignments through another agency) or consulting basis within twelve months after the last day <br />of the assignment. The same calculation will be used if City converts Consultant's Assigned Individual on a <br />part-time basis using the full-time equivalent salary. The conversion fee will equal a percentage of the <br />Assigned Individual's aggregate annual compensation, including bonuses according to the following chart: <br /> <br />Hours billed and paid Conversion rate <br />0 – 240 hours 25% <br />241 – 480 hours 20% <br />481 – 720 hours 15% <br />721 – 960 hours 10% <br />961 hours or more 5% <br /> <br /> <br />FEE AGREEMENT: The hourly bill rate for a temporary employee will be $47.46 per hour - $57.68 per <br />hour range, depending on the hourly rate Consultant pays temporary employee. <br /> <br />TERMS OF PAYMENT: Invoices for temporary services are due upon receipt of invoice. The direct hire <br />fee is due upon receipt from the commencement of employment. The fee is the obligation of City. <br /> <br />GUARANTEE: Consultant ensures a one-day (8 hours) guarantee period.
