<br /> <br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and June 15, 2022 <br />Origins Golf Design Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />NEEDS ASSESSMENT – TONY LEMA GOLF COURSE <br />City of San Leandro, California <br /> <br />Analysis Phase <br /> <br />The Consultant Team shall: <br />• Visit site to perform an analysis of the golf course, practice facility including life cycle for <br />all integral parts of the golf course including green complexes, all bunkers (fairway and <br />green-side) tees, irrigation, cart paths, drainage, native areas. Study to include a <br />schedule of items due for replacement now and over the next 20 years. <br />• Include an analysis of the cart garage and maintenance yard. <br /> <br />Limits of Work: Up to Two (2) Site visits <br /> Up to Three (3) Teleconferences <br /> <br /> <br />Document Production Phase <br /> <br />The Document Production Phase shall include: <br />• Preparation of Assessment Report for repair and replacement of golf course related <br />elements (as delineated in Analysis Phase above). <br />• Prepare estimated cost of phased repair and replacement* <br />* In 2022 cost estimate values or with added agreed upon inflation rate. <br /> <br />Limits of Work: One (1) Assessment Report <br /> Up to One (1) Site visit <br /> Up to Two (2) Teleconferences <br /> <br />Notes <br /> <br />1.
