<br /> <br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and June 15, 2022 <br />Origins Golf Design Exhibit B – Page 2 of 2 <br />Summary of Fees <br /> <br /> Analysis Phase $ 5,000 <br /> Document Production Phase $15,000 <br /> Total Fees $20,000 <br /> <br /> <br />Reimbursables <br /> <br />Client shall compensate the Golf Course Architect for Reimbursable Expenses in addition to Basic <br />Services Fee and any Supplemental Services. Reimbursable Expenses include actual <br />expenditures made by the Golf Course Architect, their employees, or sub consultants it retains (if <br />any), or their consultants in the interest of the Project for the following: Travel expense to Owner’s <br />office or project site, meals and lodging. Included, as applicable, are car expense (rentals, gas <br />and insurance), auto mileage and miscellaneous fees such as tips. Golf Course Architect agrees <br />to pro-rate all travel expenses with other clients when possible. Personal or corporate <br />automobiles shall be reimbursed at the current rate recognized by the IRS for miles driven in <br />connection with the Project. Reproduction Costs, including in-house and contracted blueprints, <br />computer plots, and other copies or reproductions in connection with the Project. <br /> <br />Other costs to purchase base map information, if necessary, such as topo maps or aerial photos <br />are not included in Fees but may be necessary in order to compile adequate base map. All such <br />additional costs to be approved by owner prior to such purchase. <br /> <br />Notes <br /> <br />2.
