<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 03/17/2022] <br />Placeworks for Shoreline Development CEQA Support Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ADDENDUM 1 – VESTING TENTATIVE MAP <br /> <br />PlaceWorks will prepare an addendum addressing the vesting of the tentative tract map for the project. <br />Since this action would not result in any changes to the project or the conclusions of the original EIR, or the <br />Addendum prepared in 2020, we propose not to include the Appendix G Checklist of the 2022 CEQA <br />Guidelines. The addendum narrative will focus on the nature of the action and the fact that it will result in no <br />changes to the EIR. <br /> <br />PlaceWorks can deliver the draft addendum within one week of notice to proceed. <br /> <br />ADDENDUM 2 – MINOR CHANGES TO THE APPROVED PROJECT <br /> <br />PlaceWorks will prepare an addendum that reflects the changes described above including a detailed <br />description of changes.
