PROPERTY RIGHTS <br />29. Agency Facilities. All public Facilities constructed or acquired by the <br />Agency may be held in the name of the Agency for the benefit of the Agency in <br />accordance with the terms of this Agreement unless conveyed to the City or State of <br />California. <br />30. Liabilities. The debts, liabilities and obligations of the Agency shall be <br />the debts, liabilities and obligations of the Agency alone and not of the Parties to this <br />Agreement. <br />LIABILITY OF BOARD <br />31. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the funds of the Agency <br />shall be used to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Agency and any Director, <br />officer or employee for their actions taken within the scope of the authority of the <br />Agency. Nothing herein shall limit the right of the Agency to purchase insurance to <br />provide such coverage as is hereinabove set forth. <br />RESCISSION, TERMINATION, WITHDRAWAL, ASSIGNMENT <br />32. Term. The Agency shall continue until this Agreement is rescinded or <br />terminated as herein provided. <br />33. Rescission or Termination.
