IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 33 (1219) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MASTER AGREEMENT AND PROGRAM <br />SUPPLEMENT NO. 001 WITH THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />(CALTRANS) RELATING TO TSM PROJECTS <br />Recitals <br />A Master Agreement and Program Supplement No. 001 between the City of San <br />Leandro and Aornia Department of Transportation, copies of which are attached, have <br />been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows: <br />That said Master Agreement and Program Supplement No. 001 are hereby approved <br />and execution thereof by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Kerr and passed and adopted this <br />18th day of March, 1996, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br />None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Attest: <br />-4i dl, <br />ALICE CALVERT, City Clerk <br />( 0 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />
