Per Steve <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO Meyers, "deal fell <br />through; it's a <br />moot point." 03-99 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 35 (2746) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />APPROVING THE FORM OF LEASE FOR THE RESIDENCE INN <br />RECITALS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does hereby RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />There has been presented to this City Council the form of lease for the <br />Residence Inn to be entered into by and between the City of San Leandro and JBN <br />Group LLC.
