herein set forth. <br />of land. <br />i. To sue and be sued in its own name. <br />j. To prescribe, revise and collect fees as a condition of development <br />k To apply for, accept and receive state, federal or local licenses, <br />permits, grants, loans or other aid from any agency of the United States of America, <br />or of the State of California necessary for the Agency's full exercise of its powers. <br />1. To perform all acts necessary or proper to carry out fully the <br />purpose of this Agreement and not inconsistent with the JPA Law. <br />M. To invest any money in the treasury pursuant to Section 6505.5 <br />of the Act which is not required for the immediate necessities of the Agency, as the <br />Agency determines is advisable, in the same manner and upon the same conditions as <br />local agencies, pursuant to Section 53601 of the Government Code of the Sate of <br />California. <br />n. To apply for letters of credit or other form of financial guarantees <br />in order to secure the repayment of its obligations and enter into agreements in <br />connection therewith. <br />o. To carry out and enforce all the provisions of this Agreement. <br />p.
