LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Commencing at the most western concrete monument in Marina Boulevard, formerly <br />First Avenue, as shown on the map of Mulford Gardens Addition, filed February <br />1, 1928, in Map Book 7, page 55, Alameda County Records, said monument having <br />grid coordinates X 1,511,500,547 and Y 441,678.271 Zone 3, California <br />Coordinate System (the bearing of Marina Boulevard being taken as north 63° <br />18' 37" east for the purpose of this description); thence in a direct line <br />south 19' 50' 48" east 1506.86 feet to a concrete monument, said monument <br />being that certain monument in Neptune Drive establishing the point of <br />intersection of the tangents of that certain centerline curve, concave to the <br />northeast having a radius of 1142.00 feet and a central angle of 14' 30' 00", <br />said monument having grid coordinates X 1,512,012.131 and Y 440,260.909 Zone <br />3, California Coordinate System; thence south 20' 33' 48" east, 90.23 feet to <br />railroad spike "K", as said spike is designated and shown in City of San <br />Leandro Survey Field Book Notes; thence south 72° 05' 40" east, 183.34 feet to <br />a point on a line connecting said spike "K" with a standard City monument in <br />South Dike Road bearing south 72° 05' 40" east, 376.18 feet from said spike <br />"K", last said monument being shown in City of San Leandro Survey Field Book <br />Notes; thence leaving said point on said line south 17' 54' 20" east, 43.30 <br />feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence south 15' 31' 32" east, 234.99 <br />feet; thence south 4' 41' 32" east, 108.95 feet; thence south 78' 30' 07" <br />west, 33.58 feet; thence south 69' 22' 28" west, 86.75 feet; thence south 65° <br />24' 17" west, 18-,.98 feet; thence south 89' 14' 30" west, 26.13 feet; thence <br />north 31' 18' 47" west, 95.30 feet; thence north 18' 25' 56" west, 25.14 feet; <br />thence north 30' 19' 46" west, 173.59 feet; thence north 41' 50' 04" west, <br />54.67 feet; thence north 72' 05' 31" east, 316.71 feet; thence north 51' 27' <br />42" east, 59.06 feet; thence north 74' 30' 44" east, 73.71 feet to the TRUE <br />POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 2.99 acres, more or less. <br />The leased premises may except that portion of the foregoing described parcel <br />which may be required as dedicated public access pursuant to the statutes and <br />regulations governing the jurisdiction of the Bay Conservation and Development <br />Commission (BCOC). <br />LD 93-7 <br />Dwg 704 Case 1603 <br />Marriott Residence Inn Lease <br />City <br />APN 80G-900-1/6, 2/2, 4 <br />02:\E.'IGR\NE_3,4\=3-"-U <br />Marriott Residence Inn EXHIBIT A <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
